Your company's VAT number (TVA, VAT, IVA, BTW, MWST...)

This number is used within the European Union for invoicing purposes between companies of the member states for deliveries/services that are subject to tax, declared to the relevant Tax Authorities of the country where the invoiced company is based and according to the applicable tax rates of this country.
The control rules of VAT are defined for each member state.
